• Pattern: Strong expression is observed during embryogenesis. Staining is observed in the ventral nerve cord motor neurons, both neuronal cell bodies and their axonal processes along the entire ventral cord in adult animals. Expression is also detected in 6 touch receptors sensory neurons (ALML/R, PLML/R, AVM and PVM), a set 38-39 motor neurons in the ventral nerve cord along the anterior posterior body length of the animal, and a few neurons in the head and tail ganglia.
