Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Strikingly, analysis of the previously uncharacterized H3.3 homologs revealed that his-70 and his-74 show germ line-restricted expression patterns. Expression of his-70 is restricted to the germ line during spermatogenesis and to mature sperm in both males and hermaphrodites, and is absent from all other tissues and developmental stages.
