Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The klp-15 expression signal appears in the periphery of embryos, apparently in the hypodermal cells during development. Primary Identifier  Expr1098
Remark  Removing the coding region, and using only the Bluescript vector as a probe, does not show staining except a little background. As a negative control, the dpy-20 probe was used for RNA in situ hybridization and no staining in embryos was detected.
