• Pattern: The sdf-9p::RFP fusion was expressed exclusively in two head cells with position and morphology consistent with their identification as the XXX cells. In both strains containing GFP and RFP reporter constructs, GFP and RFP colocalized, indicating that eak-4, sdf-9, and eak-6 are all expressed in XXXL/R.
