• Pattern: nekl-1p::gfp is expressed almost exclusively in a subset of ciliated cells, with little or no obvious expression in non-ciliated cells. These cells included all of the ciliated cells in the nematode tail (PHA/B, PQR), and a subset of amphid channel cells in the nematode head.
