Expression Pattern :

Pattern  hpx-2 is expressed in the hypodermis and pharynx in young-adult and dauer worms. In dauers, we observed weak expression of hpx-2::GFP in the distal bulb of the pharynx in nearly all animals. At higher magnification, the localization pattern was most consistent with expression in the gland cells. Primary Identifier  Expr14555
