| Pattern | A GFP reporter driven by the rescuing unc-108 promoter was expressed throughout the nervous system. Expression was observed in all 57 ventral cord motor neurons in adult animals (57.3 +/- 0.56 SD; n = 3) and widespread expression was seen in the head and tail ganglia and body neurons.
