| Pattern | The image provided is for UL2932, but this strain was lost. However, GFP expression of UL3471 looked identical to that of UL2932. The GFP expression pattern in both strains looked like that for UL3244, for which gfp had been inserted directly upstream of the vab-3 stop codon, but weaker. It wasn't clear if GFP expression in the distal tip cell was also present.
