• Pattern: Transgenic animals carrying a mCherry-tagged transcriptional reporter show set-2 expression in early embryo. Ubiquitous expression of set-2 during embryonic development is evident around the presumptive time of PVQ axon development. In one-day adult transgenic animals, set-2 expression was observed in the pharynx, in the nerve ring, in neurons of the ventral nerve cord, and HSNs.
