Remark	Both [des-2::gfp] and [des-2::lacZ] show the same pattern. Reporter gene fusion type not specified. Similar expression pattern to deg-3 except for lack of expression in touch receptors. This may be because the des-2 construct lacks intron 8 and 9 and the 3' UTR of des-2 may lack the necessary elements for touch expression.
