• Pattern: UNC-60B was expressed in embryonic body wall muscle cells. Although weak maternal expression of UNC-60B was observed, its expression was remarkably upregulated in developing body wall muscle cells from the 1.5-fold stage. As myofibrils are assembled beneath the hypodermis in two- to 3-fold stages, UNC-60B was localized both in diffuse cytoplasm and striated myofibrils .
