Remark  To examine the localization of UNC-33 proteins, the immunofluorescence analysis of wild-type N2 worms with anti-UNC-33C was performed. Because anti-UNC-33C detected the gene products of all unc-33 splicing forms, UNC-33LMS was defined to be the proteins (UNC-33L, -M and -S) that were recognized by anti-UNC-33C. Subcellular Localization  UNC-33LMS was localized in neurites but was excluded from the cell body. UNC-33L was localized only at the nerve ring.
