Expression Pattern :

Pattern  psa-4 ubiquitously expressed in the nuclei of all somatic cells. It was expressed in the T cells and their daughters. GFP fluorescence was not clearly detected in the T cells when they were in metaphase or anaphase. However, fluorescence was observed in both of the newly forming daughter nuclei in telophase. Remark  The construct rescued the psa-4 phenotypes, indicating that the fusion protein was functional. all somatic (author) = all stages (wjc).
