Expression Pattern :

Primary Identifier  Expr2684 Subcellular Localization  GFP:TAC-1 is localized to the centrosomes before pro-nuclear migration and becomes highly concentrated there, reaching a peak at metaphase. During anaphase, GFP:TAC-1 starts to disappear from the center of the aster. By the end of telophase, two foci of GFP:TAC-1, which are probably associated with the newly duplicated centrosome, are observed in the center of the "old" ring of GFP:TAC-1. During interphase, centrosomal GFP:TAC-1 reaccumulates until the next mitosis. GFP:TAC-1 is also weakly associated with the central spindle around the chromosomes at metaphase.
