WormBase ID  WBRNAi00092412 Phenotype Remark  tfg-1 RNAi appeared to disrupt the formation of a SEC-16-containing protein complex and a SEC-13-containing protein complex, as determined by Superose 6 gel filtration followed by Western blot of the filtration fractions. The SEC-16 complex appeared to be reduced in size from a Stokes radius of about 125 Angstroms to about 55 Angstroms. Similarly, the SEC-13 complex appeared to be reduced to monomeric SEC-13, as the Stokes radius was reduced from 128 Angstroms to 24 Angstroms.
Remark  (Figure 4e) tfg-1 RNAi. Authors report testing three different dsRNA sequences to knockdown tfg-1 and all produced similar results. One selected for curation.
