| Pattern | An abundant band of ~3.5 kb corresponding to the predicted vbh-1 mRNA(s) was highly expressed in animals with feminized gonads (fem-1). vbh-1 was also detected at lower levels in wild type (N2) and masculinized (fem-3) animals.
