Expression Pattern :

Pattern  At the nonpermissive temperature, glp-4(bn2ts) mutants produce a somatic gonad that is largely devoid of germ cells, fem-2(e2105ts) mutants make oocytes but no sperm, and fem-3(q20sd) mutants make sperm but no oocytes. gla-3 expression was detected in all three mutant backgrounds, demonstrating that gla-3 is expressed in both germline and soma.
