Expression Pattern :

Pattern  This gene is expressed only in neural cells. At hatching, two cells in the head ganglia and three in the tail ganglia score for reporter activity. As the worm grows, more neurones become positive for expression-presumably indicating the birth of these cells. Adulthood, in which the full pattern can best be seen, has 15 cells staining in the head and tail ganglia, with a further 5 in the most anterior region of the ventral nerve cord Primary Identifier  Expr37
