Intermine data mining platform for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is seen in embryos and young larvae, and begins as a pair of centrally located cells of the ~200cell stage embryo. Older embryos have more cells showing expression which are generally located anteriorly. In larvae expression is located around the pharynx in presumed neuronal cells. Occasionally expression is seen in a few cells in the tail. Expression is generally nuclear-localised but is sometimes more diffuse. Primary Identifier  Expr407
Remark  Other strains-- UL806, UL807, UL808
