Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Examination of transgenic animals carrying pGP16 using confocal microscopy showed that EAT-16 is expressed in most or all neurons, including the hermaphrodite specific neuron (HSN), as well as in the vulval and pharyngeal muscles. Expression was also occasionally seen in the spermatheca and body wall muscles. Primary Identifier  Expr1333
