Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is seen from the 3-fold embryonic stage through to adulthood. In 3-fold embryos and young larvae expression is throughout the worm, and is generally diffuse with some nuclear-localised staining probably in seam cells. In older larvae and adults staining is generally restricted to the head and tail regions. In the head punctate staining within and around the pharynx is apparent. Occasionally strong staining throughout the pharyngeal musculature is observed. In the tail several large hypodermal nuclei show various degrees of staining. Staining in the adult vulva (possibly vulC) is also occasionally seen. In older larvae and adults punctate staining within and around the pharynx is apparent.
