• Subcellular Localization: The GFP expression pattern resembles the pattern of A-bands of thick filaments. To confirm this, the same field was examined under polarized light microscopy and an identical pattern was seen. This indicates that functional UNC-45::GFP is associated with thick filaments in body wall muscles.
