• Pattern: To determine the function of LGC-41 within the nervous system, we first characterized the expression of the channel using fluorescent reporters under the control of the lgc-41 promoter. This revealed broad expression of lgc-41 in several neuronal classes including the sensory neurons AWA, BAG, CEP, AQR, OLL, ASJ, and ASI.
