• Pattern: MSI-1 expression partially overlapped with GLR-1 expression in the adult nervous system. Besides the GABAergic neurons (RMEL, RMER, RMEV, RMED) MSI-1 was expressed in AVA, AFD, and RMD neurons. Expression was reported also in AVE, SMDV, and ADL (table in fig. 2G).
