Reporter Gene  [C16H3.1::GFP] translational fusion. Plasmid TU#927 was constructed using the plasmid vector pPD95.75 (gift from A. Fire, Stanford, CA; www.ciwemb.edu/pub/FireLabInfo/FireLabVectors) as a backbone. Subcellular Localization  A translational fusion with gfp was localized in puncta, of unknown origin, along the axons and around the cell body of the TRNs.
