Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is first seen in what we approximate to be the 200 cell stage embryo, as two pair of nuclei. Occasionally at this stage, only a single pair of nuclei are seen possibly due to mosaicism. At later stages (just prior to comma stage) a group of 3 or 4 nuclei are seen to stain. In three fold embryos, a single nucleus is seen close to the metacorpus of the pharynx. Expression is also seen in larval and adult stages as a few head and tail nuclei. There is also some larval intestinal staining which may be spurious. Primary Identifier  Expr134
Remark  Other strain-- UL551. Legacy Data: Author "Mounsey A" "Bauer PK" "Hope IA"Date 1999-11.
