Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Strong hybridization with the antisense probe was observed in embryos and in germlines, consistent with unc-85 expression in actively replicating cells. These results suggest that the lack of expression of the transgenic unc-85::gfp constructs in the germline and early embryos is most likely caused by silencing of the high-copy arrays.
