Double fluorescent labeling between GFP and various synaptic proteins revealed that GFP::ITSN-1 showed a high degree of colocalization with synaptotagmin and other synaptic vesicle markers, suggesting that ITSN-1 localizes to synapses, at vesicle rich regions. |
