| Pattern | The fluorescence appeared diffuse suggesting that the GFP is distributed throughout the cytoplasm of the cells in which it is expressed. The GFP was very broadly expressed but appeared specifically absent from the pharynx and germline in adults. The strongest fluorescence was in the intestinal/rectal valve and the nerve ring, and was brightest and more extensive in the L4 and adult.
