Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The fluorescence appeared diffuse suggesting that the GFP is distributed throughout the cytoplasm of the cells in which it is expressed. The GFP was very broadly expressed but appeared specifically absent from the pharynx and germline in adults. The strongest fluorescence was in the intestinal/rectal valve and the nerve ring, and was brightest and more extensive in the L4 and adult. Another strain transgenic for this reporter gene fusion, UL3664, was generated and showed the same expression pattern, but transgene transmission was very low and therefore the strain was not retained.
