• Pattern: A transcriptional reporter of snt-2, in which GFP was driven by the endogenous snt-2 promoter, was expressed throughout the intestine, as well as in several neurons in the head and tail. GFP fluorescence was not detected in the two GABAergic neurons, AVL and DVB.
