Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression consists of two components. One component is seen in an area corresponding to the most anterior portion of the intestine, predominantly in young larvae, but is also seen in older larvae and adults. This expression may correspond to the excretory gland cells. Expression is generally weak, non-nuclear, and seen in only a small fraction of worms. A second component consists of expression in pre-comma stage embryos. This expression is seen in one or two unidentified cells. Primary Identifier  Expr2031
Remark  Other strains-- UL957, UL985
