| Pattern | CDC-25.1 in the germline shows a very obvious gradient of abundance being at very low levels in the distal region, becoming obvious in young developing oocytes (toward the top left of the gonad shown) and increasing significantly in more mature oocytes (those toward the top right of the gonad shown). Also, although CDC-25.1 is abundant within the cytoplasm of the oocytes, it is slightly more concentrated within their nuclei.
