Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Within the adult germline, IMA-3 was detected in the common cytoplasm of the rachis and in association with the nuclei throughout the germline, regardless of hermaphrodite age. In male germlines, IMA-3 was detected at the nuclear envelope and in the rachis similar to hermaphrodite germlines. In developing spermatids, IMA-3 was no longer associated with the nucleus, but was distributed in brightly staining spots in the presumptive residual body. IMA-3 was detected by indirect immunofluorescence in the somatic tissues of larval and adult worms and was evident in somatic nuclei of the gonad. Primary Identifier  Expr1343
Subcellular Localization  cytoplasm and nuclei
