• Pattern: Expression of snf-10 was visible in the male and hermaphrodite germline in cells undergoing differentiation into spermatocytes as well as at later stages of spermatogenesis. No fluorescence was visible in somatic tissues,in the mitotic or meiotic-prophase regions of the germline, or in germ-line cells developing into oocytes.
