• Pattern: Weakly detectable levels of rpl-11.1 mRNA are observed in a limited number of cells in the embryo. Strong levels are detected, however, in a small number of cells located centrally in the larvae (likely Z2 and Z3 and their descendants) and thereafter in the germ line, primarily in the distal proliferating regions.
