• Pattern: Three tra-2 mRNA were detected during wild type development. A 4.7 kb transcript is found in all developmental stages of both sexes. A 1.9 kb mRNA is found in hermaphrodite larva and adult XO males. a 1.8 kb transcript is found in the XX hermaphrodite adult germ-line and in embryos.
