Subcellular Localization  EGG-2:GFP (endogenous promoters, C-terminal GFP fusions) appear to localize to the plasma membrane of developing oocytes. The GFP fusion proteins display a swiss-cheese appearance when viewed at high magnification using 3D-deconvolution microscopy.
