It was previously detected that SNR protein accumulate in the nuclei and cytoplasm of embryos and in the adult germline, using a pan-SNR antibody. Gene Catchr-derived GFP::SNR-1 fusion extends this result by showing that SNR-1 accumulates in the nuclei of many cell types throughout development.
