• Pattern: For mCherry::SET-25 we saw expression in the nuclei of the mitotic zone of the germline. This expression was detected from larval stage 2 (L2) onward. Faint expression was also detected in all nuclei of embryos from about the 8- to 16-cell stage. mCherry::SET-25 was seen to be associated with the chromatin throughout mitotic cell divisions in the embryos.
