• Pattern: Weak SET-32::mCherry expression was observed in the germline but was not localized exclusively to nuclei or to the mitotic zone. Instead, expression was detected throughout the germline from L1/2 onward, with maximum expression detected at L4. No expression could be detected in embryos.
