However, following exposure to ionizing radiation, HUS-1::GFP concentrates at distinct nuclear foci in all stages of germ cell development. The presence of these foci could be observed as early as 3 hr following exposure to ionizing radiation. These foci overlap with chromatin, as demonstrated by counterstaining with DAPI. |
