Subcellular Localization	GFP::CDC-42 accumulated in rounded, rod-like, or irregularly shaped structures throughout the cytosol that were enriched in the apical region of hyp7. GFP::CDC-42 was also observed in ring-shaped structures, suggesting that CDC-42 is associated with the membranes of vesicles. Furthermore, smaller CDC-42 puncta accumulated at the boundary between the main epidermal syncytium hyp7 and seam cells.
