| Pattern | prml-2::gfp-pest and prml-4::gfp-pest. A pulse of GFP-PEST expression was observed in the hypodermal cells during the later part of each larval stage (lL1, lL2, lL3 and lL4), but not in the early part (eL1, eL2, eL3 and eL4). Quantification of GFP-PEST expression during the post-embryonic molting cycles also revealed an oscillating pattern.
