• Pattern: Transcriptional reporters are broadly if not ubiqitously expressed during early embryonic stages; however, clear differences in expression levels can be observed in different regions of the embryo. During late embryonic and postembryonic stages, reporter gene fusions display more restricted and only partially overlapping expression patterns. The hse-5 reporter construct show expression in hypodermal tissues.
