Expression Pattern :

Pattern  TPST-A::GFP was most strongly expressed in the embryos. In the early embryos, TPST-A::GFP was expressed in the hypodermis and in some of the head neurons. The expression pattern was persistent throughout development, although significantly weakened. In the adult, the expression was seen in the hypodermis due to the reporter protein being fused to the NLS signal. Primary Identifier  Expr3129
Remark  Reporter gene fusion type not specified.
