Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is first detected at the 100-cell stage, in four cells at the posterior end. These cells (specifically Caap, Capp, Cpap, Cppp) are the descendants of the C blastomeres and gives rise to dorsal posterior body wall muscles and epidermis (hypodermis) as well as two neurons. Expression is also detected in daughters of these cells. Staining in older embryos are variable, possibly because the level of expression is reduced. Primary Identifier  Expr782
Remark  This information was extracted from published material (Archana Sharma-Oates, Andrew Mounsey and Ian A. Hope).
