Remark  Picture: Fig 2B to 2H, Fig S1B. The transgene partially rescued the Mog phenotype of mog-3(oz152) homozygotes grown at 25 centigrade since authors found 72% of transgenic fertile adults, while in the absence of the transgene, only 15% were fertile. Subcellular Localization  The MOG-3::GFP fusion protein was essentially present in the nucleus, as predicted by two nuclear localization signals.
