• Pattern: unc-25p::GFP is expressed in the six DD neurons, in addition tothe four RME head neurons. We also plotted the cell body location of each DD neuron relative to the nose and tail tip, to establish which cells were more sensitive to loss of cnd-1 or ceh-13. Wild type animals showed GFP expression in all six DD neurons, in agreement with previous studies (Jin et al. 1999).
