Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The DNA topoisomerase I mRNA level gradually increase through meiotic progression starting from mitotic cells at the distal tip end of a gonad. The mRNA was also localized in embryos from the very beginning of embryogenesis, which seems very likely to be of maternal origin, and the level of mRNA was kept high during the earlier half of embryogenesis. In the later half period, the mRNA began to disappear rapidly and was almost completely gone at the 3-fold stage right before hatching. Primary Identifier  Expr1252
