Reporter Gene  [madd-4::RFP] translational fusion. We made a bicistronic madd-4 reporter containing an RFP cassette that is inserted immediately 3' of the madd-4 stop codon within a fosmid harboring madd-4. Subcellular Localization  MADD-4 is secreted and diffuses to attract muscle arms.
